He goes out of his way to please his clients. He will work with you until you get the deal and car you want. Mark is head and shoulders above what a good salesman should be. We will be his customer for life and will refer all of our friends and family to Mark.

Second review for the same awesome person! Go see David for all of your vehicle needs. His service doesn’t stop after the sale. I recently purchased a vehicle from David and had an emergency light come on. I reached out to David in a bit of a panic due to the nature of the alert and knowing I have a cross country trip in about 9 days. Within 10 minutes of messaging David, not only did he respond to me but had Noah from the Service Dept call me to set up a time to bring my vehicle for inspection. I’m hoping to be able to write a 3rd rave review once my vehicle is looked over and fixed. Either way Pete Moore will have my business because of David!

Mark made it happen for us. I wanted to give a special thanks to him. I am starting out as a new REALTOR therefore I needed something dependable and can count on since my time will be spent in the car the majority of the time. I didn't have much for a car, just a certain amount of money. Mark heard my story and told me that we all have been there at some point in our lives. He had one used car that had just came out of inspection, so we looked at it and test drove it. The signs that I use for Open House and all the other stuff that I have to lug around with me had fit in the car just fine. The car even has a place for my tools that I have to have as well and it keeps them hidden out of sight, all nice and tucked away. Which is nice and I don't have to have a tool box, which would be out in the open. Mark made sure that everything worked in my favor so I could have something to drive. Mark was very carrying. he listened to everything we had to say and our concerns and worries. Mark showed us compassion and concerned and it showed. Mark Torrelli made the complete buying process extremely smooth. He was extremely professional and a pleasure to work with. His knowledge of our new 2024 VW Atlas Crosssport made it very easy to understand all the advanced Technology.

It started with my wife wanting to look at the new Outlanders as she had researched many positives while home in Japan. We went to Pete Moore Mitsubishi and was greeted by Kyle Prell who showed us several models and their features. His salesmanship was pressure free and he bent over backwards to accommodate our questions, concerns and time constraints. Kyle was very knowledgeable and courteous. We test drove the Outlander "black edition" and were impressed and smitten by all of the features, handling, cabin environment, and price point. It outclassed my beloved Hondas and made me a fan. Steve Beauchamp really impressed us with the tech and the ease in navigating the application and he is a stellar manager. Plus, he is an owner and a true believer of the Mitsubishi brand! A kudos and sincere shout-out to Patty "Cakes" Hayles who guided us through the paperwork and the financing. She made the experience enjoyable, stress-free, calm and instructive.
